Recovering downloaded songs on Wii for Guitar Hero: World Tour?

We downloaded some Guitar Hero: World Tour songs onto our Wii. The teenager deleted them to make room for his stupid game. I was told there was a record of this download somewhere and we could recover them (since we already paid for them) If this is true, how do I go about recovering them? Thanks in advance.
