Recreation Centers should be FREE?

okay in my city we have an indoor "trampoline park"... it is a huge field house basically with 3 trampoline parks, and a foam pit.

they charge 12 dollars an hour.. and it got me thinking. why aren't these places for free like local recreation centers are? i mean Rec Centers have a gym, tennis courts, etc., all for FREE.

so why is a trampoline park not for free??

Rec centers are paid for by tax payer money. These other places are privately owned
