Registration code for the sims 3?

when i click the "Play the sims 3" icon i waited and an important message appears that says "For security reasons,the registration code for your game has been deactivated.Please refer to your customer service website to resolve this issue" can someone help me..? thanks : )

Uninstall the game and reinstall it with either the interent off or a different code
