I've been dating the best girl ever for the past year and a half. We were friends for months before it became sexual. She had a boyfriend for the first year after it became sexual, basically a full blown affair, I was single. She wanted to be with me and possibly have a relationship back when she was taken. She is now single and has since changed her mind, BTW, she is still having sex with her ex BF.
She now claims she that she never liked me and didn't want to hurt my feelings ( She really liked me and told me that all the time. ) But she is open to a possible FWB (friends with benefits)situation? I want a relationship with her . When we spoke last I went off on her because I felt like I was led on for a very long time.
My chick friends are blown away by the cool/ creative things In did for her. I mean, over the top! Things guys do to purpose, I did for dates. Beyond that, I was a great friend. She even tells me I'm marriage material.
The downside is that she says, she would never be in a relationship with a guy like, me. She wants a guy who makes more money and has a more prestigious job. Although, she is in her mid 20's, no degree or job and a spoiled rich kid! She puts me down everyday because I'm working towards a degree where I help people VS. make tons of cash!
Should I stay friends? I have to see her at work for the next 6 months, then my contract ends.
