Teen idol Justin Bieber may be irritating to grown-ups--but is he actually bad for your health? According to TMZ, one Oregon woman seems to think so. She's suing the Biebs for over $9 million, because, she says, his screaming fans gave her tinnitus, which is a persistent ringing or buzzing in the ears that can last for years.
