Rip Dvd .VOB files to .mpgs with 2 audios?

I want to make my own mix of karaoke videos i like so i want to know if there's good program that will let me rip karaoke VOB/dvd files to mpg format and will still let me turn the singer voice on and off??? which means i will need to have both channels. Left and Right. one being the vocals and one being instrumentals
 
Any Video Converter lets you convert the .vob file, change the quality and the audio channel...But I'm not really sure what your on about, sorry.
