Road trip from Oregon to California and potty training?

In april my fiance and i are taking our 2 1/2 yr old to california. We are driving which is fine but im worried about potty training. she's been doing really well except for the nights, we don't have that down yet. I think she'll be completly potty trained in april but i worry about the long drive. What do i do? i don't want to put her in diapers because that may get her back into the old routine and i don't know if the rest stops will be good enough i mean within close range of eachother. any helpful tips or experience is much appreciated
