I've never seen the show before, but I heard a rumor that everytime he throws up, he throws up cum. Yahoo won't spell the word, but it's a... um, certain liquid that leaks from a mans... um, penis when he has reached climax. Ya catch my drift? Anyway, is it a stupid rumor or is it an actual fact?

Roger's puke is the same color as everyone else's puke on the show. But the show makes a lot of jokes about Roger being gay or bisexual, so it's possible that they might have said that once.
