Rogers Cable And Internet Installation Help?

I just ordered Rogers Cable and Internet online. It was fast and simple I just ordered and put my address and the date I want it installed. I was wondering what exactly happens when the guy comes to set it up. Do I have to pay him an installation fee, will he take down billing information, etc......

You supplied your billing info when you set up the appointment. The installer will come and install the requisite equipment. Any charges will show on your first bill. If you want automatic billing, you need to take it up with Rogers later.
