Hey! I have a 24MB speed subscription to Rogers internet (using cable.) But recently, internet has been so slow. A month ago, speedtest.net scored 24 MB download. Now, it scores 1 MB download speed.
What's going on?! We're virus-free and yes I do have an antivirus.
