Rogers is screwing me over, I need legal advice!!!?

Okay so here is the deal.... A month ago, I bought my phone, and got a pay as you go deal where I pay 25$ a month and get unlimited texting and unlimited mobile browsing, as well as free weekend calling, here's the thing, yesterday I had 7$ left on my account, and that expired on the 29 it told me, but this morning I was texting and all of a sudden my messages wouldn't send, so, I decided to check my balance it said I could only send messages if I had more than 1$ on my account, but I was only texting, not calling. So I put 10$ on and then after 6 texts I was down to 7$ and so I called for help and got put through to a machine that didn't help, so I called four times trying different thing and I have no minutes! Yet they told me on my purchase receipt that the calls are free!!!! So I lost 17$ on Rogers falt, I can't get help from them because they told me to call the number I had been calling! Please help me, what are my options?
