Okay, I have unlimited texting,emails and instant messaging. On the rogers site is says that when you go on mobile browsing it will give you a notice that u may be charged. It says it will always do this if you dont have a data or browsing plan. I have nither of those but it lets me go on to google and facebook and stuff but it never says i will be charged?
