Rogers Online Protection Blocking my internet connection?

My internet seems to be saying "Local Only" lately. So I looked into the problem, since I constantly have problems with this sort of thing, Every time I disable the firewall from Rogers Online Protection, I get Internet connection, but when it is enabled, I can't get any connection. Help?
