Rolled Over Achievement GTA 4 Still Bugged for Xbox 360?

I am trying to do the Rolled Over Achievement on GTA 4 for Xbox 360(Roll car 5 times) but how everyone said to do it at the airport is not working.

I continue to do well over 5 flips but it does not give me the achievement. I also did read that it was bugged and they might of fixed it in a update. (Don't no if they actually do that stuff?)

Anyone no if it actually fixed? If it isn't can someone tell me what I may be doing wrong at the airport, or if it is fixed where the next easiest spot to do this is at? Thanks
 
search on youtube for gta iv swing glitch thats probably the easiest way to do it. You keep smashing into this swing and then propels your car into the air really high.
