Me and my husband have been having sex for a month now . I am currently 13 weeks and just had sex and after we finished I had a really tiny amount of spotting and now it's gone I don't have any cramping or anything I'm just worried if something is wrong? Should I slow it down? My next doctors appt is next week!

When not to have sex and/or orgasms during pregnancy:

•Your practitioner has advised against it
•You have a history of premature birth or labor
•Placenta previa (Where part of the placenta is covering the cervix)
•Your water has broken
•Your are currently experiencing bleeding
•You or your partner has an active sexually transmitted disease

Rough sex should be ok if you dont have any of these problems! Im 27 weeks and me & my husband just now were able to get back to our old selves in bed. Enjoy it & try not to worry..if it feels wrong just dont do it & ask your dr=)
GOOD LUCK!!!

Creativity should be your keyword during pregnancy. Or more bluntly put, whatever works! There are many positions that are more comfortable as you expand. These include:

* Woman on top
* Spooning (Man behind woman, rear entry)
* Hands and Knees
* Side lying, knee pulled up

Rough needs to be avoided... all of them are making sure baby is safe

Do read the link also says what not to do

As long as you are comfortable, rough sex is usually just fine during pregnancy. The blood you experienced is completely normal. You may notice spotting much of the time after having sex. This is because your cervix is swollen with blood vessels during pregnancy and anything touching it can cause it to bleed slightly. This includes sex and also if you have an internal exam at your doctor's office. The bleeding is not any indication of a problem so long as it is only a small amount.
