The first UFC took place on November 12 1993. The first fight Royce had was with Art Jimmerson. Jimmerson was a lightheavyweight contender at the time. They called him King Arthur from Saint Louis. Anyway Gracie took him to the ground and within 2 or 3 minutes without even getting hurt Jimmerson tapped out.
