Rumor Touch Is frozen on "please wait..."?

My Rumor Touch started restarting randomly for no reason about a week ago, the touch screen also was unresponsive, but that fixed itself. Then it restarted it again yesterday and this time it didn't turn back on. So i turned it on and then it got stuck on the screen with the logo and the please wait.... So now my phone wont go past that screen and i don't know what to do because it is 4 months old, and i take good care of it. could it be a virus or something? HOW DO I FIX IT?!
Thanks, but how do I fix it without taking it to a Sprint store?
