I have a samsung c300, and the screen lights up but is blank whenever I turn it on. Its a new phone, I haven't bashed it around or dropped it or got it wet, so I don't know why it's doing this. I've tried turning it off and on again, and taking out the battery and sim, but nothing doing. Any hints?
