Just bought my son a Genio Slide. Installed Samsung Kies (which came on 2 small cd's) which I expected to have the drivers etc on it. Now when I connect the phone the Kies program starts but never connects to the phone and I get message:
Cannot start this Hardware MTP Device not configured correctly (Code 1)
