Opinions? I'm due for an upgrade, and I tried the Samsung Omnia and the Samsung Sway and didn't like either one. The Omnia's touchscreen sucked and it was WAY too complex for me. The Sway was great, but I use my phone for text messaging 90% of the time and it has a HUGE text delay (just Google "Samsung Sway Delay" and you'll see what I mean). Now I'm realizing I really need a phone that is best for texting. Anyone have good or bad experiences with either one of the three (Glyde, Voyager, or Env2)? I've heard that the Glyde has a lot of technical issues, but I've also heard that the Voyager is really big and has terrible battery life. On the other hand, the Env2 looks like a calculator. I can't decide! Which is best? I don't need a data plan, so the internet browser, V-Cast, etc. isn't a huge issue for me.

What I care most about is texting, call quality, and battery life. And I'd like a QWERTY keyboard.
Oh and I forgot to mention, I'm on Verizon and I get free service with them so I'm not switching carriers. (NO IPHONE SUGGESTIONS).

The EnV 2s are horrible.
It's hard to type and the front screen is useless.
My friends have them and they all say they wish they NEVER got it.
I would go for the voyager, or a dare.

I have an LG Voyager and I am very satisfied with it. I would recommend getting that because it has a full QWERTY keyboard and a good touch screen. The LG Dare would be a good choice also. I would stay away from getting the env2 though because you can hardly do anything with the front screen and you're right, it does look like a calculater. Anyway, I would get the LG Dare or the LG Voyager. I hope you find a good phone that you like! Good luck!
