Samsung home theatre HTC-720?

Hi I have a Samsung HTC-720 and I am trying to update it, it has confirmed it has connected to the internet via my router (Its wireless) but when I ask it to check for an update it just stays on the same menu for 5 minutes, then back to the menu?

Help please? Any would be appreciated, thanks.
