just got it, downloaded songs,all is great. later, there appeared a yellow "lightening bolt" icon beside the green battery icon.needless to say, it wont download music anymore. additionally, how do you get rid of the pre-installed music when it doesnt show up on the list on the computer screen. i know how to get rid of the music i load because it shows up in your list. this music doesnt. i use rhapsody and the players are compatable with it. thankyou
