My girlfriends booked me on a cruise with them to go to Baja Mexico during spring break next week for four days. The ports that the cruise ship will stop at are Catalina Island and Ensenada. The reasons why I'm scared is because of the well-known turmoil that has erupted there within the past year involving thousands of brutal killings and invasions of resorts AND because of the recent tsunami scare in Japan that might cross over to other areas (Mexico being listed as one of the countries in the tsunami advisory).
please people, give me your informed opinions and not just what you read on google just for the sake of answering this question. I want people that know what they're talking about, and i'm not just gunna give out any random 10 points... I kinda wanna back out from this trip now but its in a few days and my girlfriends are known to be the type that like to take risks party and have fun... but when it comes to stuff like this I dont find it funny or bold at all... i find it stup*d and annoying at serious levels like this. So any help or advice please? :/
