school rumble question about Harima?

In School Rumble, the epiode where Itoko and Harima were in the restaurant talking and Tenma was sitting behind them, Itoko hinted at the fact that Harima had other women he fooled around with. Does that mean Harima wasn't a virgin? His character leads you to believe he's not a virgin, or he'd be on the first person who offers him some action, like that woman he stayed with who became a school nurse.
Does anybody else have any opinions.
