Selling my house in London...are the Olympic games going to affect the price?

I'm thinking about selling my 3 bed in SE London (zone 3). I know there are always good reasons for waiting a bit more...then a bit more...then a bit more....for instance, are the Olympic games going to affect the price at all? Is the situation going to be drastically different in two years? Just to have an idea. Thank so much
 
i would guess that whilst all the preparation for the games is happening, your house value will remain pretty static but when everything is finished and the regeneration of the area has been completed, the price should rise.
i would say that any property in the vicinity of the games would be of considerable interest.
