sending mms on nokia n95?

The settings for MMS connection profile vary from operator to operator and region to region. But, first, you'll have to activate GPRS and multimedia messaging service on your phone. Contact your service provider for their activation and settings.

i have nokia n95 and everytime when i want to send an mms a messege comes up that says you have to make a connecting profile but when i want to create it,i dont know what should i write to create it.
can someone help me?
