Setting up bluetooth on Acer Aspire 5740?

When I click the bluetooth button on my Ascer Aspire 5740 laptop (wondows 7) it says "No Device" does anybody know how I can get the bluetooth set up on my computer so I can transfer pictures to my phone and such.
 
Your laptop should have bluetooth capability. Make sure the bluetooth device you are trying to sync with is very close to your laptop (right in front of it) then try again. If it syncs you will have a window display on your laptop screen. Then just go through the steps.
 
How can it have bluetoot. It says "no device". IN other words that exact Acer didn't have the bluetooth installed. Right?
 
it sucks really

i cant send nothing because when turn on bluetooth then thats going to install drive
