ive been talking to this girl lately..ive hung out with her a few times and ive gotten to like her. i think she likes me too. shes giving me a "silent treatment" for a day...and me and her friend dont think she can make it. is this a way of flirting for her because i think she likes me..thanks! were in highschool and we both swim!
should i try talking to her or should i act like it doesnt bother me (even though i know shes joking i enjoy talking to her?)thanks!
 
Honestly Kevin, i wouldn't know, i've had moments like this were i thought a girl liked me, but it turned out to be nothing more than just friendship. Then on the flip of the coin, i've thought that the girl was just my friend and we were just being friends, but in fact we were flirting. So just ask her if she likes you like you like her and if it's not then make it like it's no big deal. Good way to keep a friendship.
 
She's playing hard to get. I do it all the time. Do you really want to have her at your feet? When she finally texts/ calls you, don't answer for the same length of time that she didn't talk to you for. Then they start to get nervous/desperate for your attention and they text you again. After that period of time has passed, respond and say you were very busy with family, gym, etc, and your phone was in a family members car. It will drive them wild!!
 
His question was..is this a way of flirting. It could be, but she may also have just tired of you. Back off, if she was interested, she will let you know
 
she's playing hard to get, she's teasing you. don't give her the satisfaction, let her come to you. girls love a challenge(;
 
she's probably mad at you because she saw you flirting with some other girl. she thinks you flirt with all the girls and that she's not special to you. before she thought she was special to you so now she's mad that she fell for you. you could ask her why she's not talking to you. maybe she's bi-polar

wow, actually. This made me think... I've been doing that to this boy who likes me.... I like(d) him and we flirted and hung out a few times but I noticed I don't like him......... So I have been giving him the silent treatment. I guess it really isn't the right way to handle things, but I need time to think. Talk to her at school about it or at swimming. Be sure to give her time and space, maybe she does still like you! Best of luck!!

she could be annoyed with you... If i stop talking to a guy.. its eathier because i am really annoyed with him... or i thinnk he is annoyed with me. But i guess this all depends on what age you are.
 
well if this girl gives you the silent treatment well mhm i don't think it's a joke, she might be messing with your head, and you def need to figure out what she is doing. if you guys are gonna make any progress to maybe dating and etc.
 
The key to the silent treatment ...... give her lots and lots and lots of attention!! She will like it cuz it makes it look like u like her and u miss her talking to you take my advice it will work!! I swear!!
 
I've been having the same problems.
Just talk to her by surprise at school.
Let her know that you like her and ask her what she thinks of you...
if she likes you go for her bud...~!
