Should I buy the Motorola Citrus Android phone?

I am a huge apple fan, and I wish I could get the Verizon iPhone but I would cost me $650 because I CAN NOT do a contract. And I hear android is okay, so should this be decent? Or are there any more $200 smartphones?
 
I am not sure but I think that phone costs more than that, but if not, android is a very good Operating System, the Citrus is an Ok smartphone, and for that price it's the best.
