should i buy this 91 honda civic ( door trim piece missing though)?

As you can see and look very closly, the black trim piece, on the door is missing, now there is 5 dollar sized holes on the side of the door. That will really bug me, cause i'm buying this honda civic for the looks, is there anyway i can replace it? is it hard? can i just rip one off an hold civic? he told me it was cracked and he ripped it off.
 
You're also buying a 1400$ car.

If you want to complain about how a car looks, spend some real money on a decent car.

For $1400, be glad it's even in one piece.

And no, it's not hard to replace that trim.
