should i buy this bmw for 1600?

its a 1992 318is. the car has 92000 miles on it. the car needs struts, it also needs a passenger side door panel. hes installing a new side panel and selling it tommorow. its a 5 speed manual. the moonroof needs a new motor. is this a good buy?
