Ok so i've hired a mobile development company to design my mobile app. I have a friend that believes in symbian but i recently heard something about the platform being dead and now transitioning into a licensing agent. Should i still develop on the Symbian platform since Nokia makes more phones than anyone or design on Android, Iphone, Blackberry, etc
