Okay so I'm starting to really like this girl and I want to date her. I'm 14. Now I know, I know, that seems young, but I'm not talking about the really intimate stuff (kissing/hugging). Just someone to kind of hang around with but more than just friends (DEFINITELY not friends with benefits). I don't want to date her behind my parents' back because my mom really looks upon me and really trusts me. I don't want to let her down.
The thing is, she's kind of hinted at the idea of dating. One day she said, "you're already at dating age". Then another day, she said, "wow. look at these pictures of you. the girl you'll date will be like "he's fine") [she was kind of joking but you get my point]. Although, before she said that me dating is kind of rocky for her. I don't know, do you think I should bring up the topic or not? I imagine it would be a little awkward.
