Should I do tennis, dance, or MMA?

Hello. Okay so i need some opinions on which I should do. I am looking for a way to get a really toned body while doing something I love. Im not overweight I just like being in tip top shape. Tennis will be at my high school so it will be more convenient and i love it. I might do ballet because I've done it when I was a child and I love to dance or MMA Iv done kickboxing and absolutely loved it! So please give your opinion on what I should do. Thank you!
 
tennis, you might actually get somewhere with that
otherwise MMA, should keep you in peak physical condition
 
Its a good thing that you got a bunch of activities as you have said. Well, what i suggest is if you can manage your time and can maintain all of the 3 activities you have/had, you should maintain it.

Tennis can make your arms a toned but its not balance, if you are a right handed person, then you will notice soon that your right arm is a little bit larger than the left arm. For the legs and endurance, tennis is good. Although you can play tennis indoors but usually you will be exposed to sun.

Ballet will give you more flexibility in your whole body, but will not give you endurance. Lungs and heart may not be enhanced through such activitiy.

MMA is a very good workout in terms of toning muscles and endurance and reflexes. However, you might end up having too many muscles in your arms and legs. You cant get the flexibility of your body due to this.

So if you can balance this 3 activites you have, you can be in the tip top shape.

Also, i suggest that you counter balance this with a good and healthy diet.
