Should I get a 600cc or 250cc as starter bike?

Hi. I am 5'8" 120lbs. I want to buy a sport bike this summer and I am going buy an used sport bike. I think I should buy a 600cc even though some of my friends are telling me to get a 250cc as a starter bike. Last month, I got to drive a suzuki gsxr 600 for three days and I loved it! It was my first time driving a sportbike and i drove it fine. i think i can start with a 600cc.
I am considering Gsxr600, Zx6r or R6.
So 600cc? and which one?
