Should I get a cellphone with a full keypad or with t.v. on it?

I am going to get a new cellphone and I am wondering if I should get one with a full keypad or one that has t.v. on it because Verizon does not allow you to have both.

I currently have a cellphone with a full keypad but no t.v.
My dad has t.v. on his phone and i like it.
