Should I get AT&T Samsung Impression or Verizon LG EnV Touch?

Both phones are good, both have qwerty keyboards and touch screen.

AT&T has 450 min a month same price as Verizon but has ROLL OVER.
AT&T samsung Impression doesn't require data plan and my monthly bill will be $59.99
Verizon EnV touch requires data plan and will be $69.99

Which should I get for the better deal?
Which would YOU get?
 
well my friend isgetting the lg env touch a her mom has it and she loves it. i looked up a list of top phones and Check boxes to this is the list of top ten phones
