Should I get God of War 3 or a Sonic game on the PS3?

i really love Sonic and i havent played one of his games in such a long time and im a sonic fan

but also GOW3 looks really good and it got so many good reviews BUT i havent played the first two

i could only choose between the two (dont ask why)

i like both but you are not going to understand the storyline of GOW3 if you haven't played the first two so go to choose sonic but i recommend sonic unleashed because sonic the hedgehog sucks but if you want to play with silver buy hedgehog because unleashed you just play with sonic and sonic the werehog

get the game u know and love then when u have the money buy the GOW 3in1 set
