if it bothers you then absolutely. I had a mole on my neck removed, and one on my back. It wasn't a big deal at all. The doctor numbed the areas. For the one on the back he just cut it off and I didn't even need stitches. The one on my neck required him to 'cut it out' (I didn't feel a thing ....we talked and joked while he was doing it, actually). He put in a couple stitches and sent me on my way. The whole thing was quick and painless and I was so glad I had it done.
