Should i get the Motorola Atrix4G or the iphone3gs?

The Atrix is an 8mp dual-core-1ghz 1gb ram (rare on phones), and the 3GS is a 600mhz 3mp old phone; I have the iPhone 4 and love it but the 3GS is just too old
