should i get the MOTOROLA droid or the htc droid eris?

i cant decide between the two, please try to tell me why i should get one over the other.

If I had to pick, the Droid. It has better hardware than the Eris.

But seriously, both phones are outdated. Why get the Droid when they already have the Droid 2 and the Droid X? Why get the Eris when they have the Droid Incredible?

I prefer HTC over Motorola. Everyone will tell you that Sense UI is better than Motoblur. If you don't know what those are, you need to do more research.
