Should I include experience at Taco Bell on my resume?

I am a recent college graduate with a bachelor's in Digital Art seeking employment of most any sort, probably customer service-related such as waiting or receptionist work.

The only work experience I have is a summer internship at a graphic design company and two summers working at Taco Bell. I haven't been having much luck with my applications, and I sometimes wonder if listing my experience at Taco Bell might actually be a detriment to my application. Should I take it off my resume?
 
Sure! They'll be understanding, and know you had to make money during college or high school or whatever. It also shows that you are responsible and have good people skills.
