I have a lot of stress in my life (graduation coming up, shipping for BCT, a girl I like a lot, I'm shy, and regret some things in high school). I've had physical manifestations of this stress as well (constipation).
Should I ask to see the psychologist to vent if I think it will help? also, I think A LOT. Usually negatively. How can I stop over thinking everything, or at least start thinking positively? Thanks!
