Should I spend 2000 for aftermarket car performance or aftermarket car audio?

I have 2000 saved up and I want to do something to my car. I enjoy music and I love my car. I don't know which one I should go for. The aftermarket performance upgrade I would get would be an increase hp by 20. The aftermarket audio upgrade would be some nice Polk Audio or Alpine. Whichever one favor, please tell me why and any suggestions or brands. Thanks
 
defiantly audio , 2000 is a good amount to spend and you can always pull it and put it in another vehicle
