I'm leaving for Myrtle Beach for a week in about 3 weeks, then returning home and leaving again in 3 days for 4 days...should i wait to get the parakeet after vacation or would it be ok to get it in like 3 days? I don't want the parakeet to be unhappy with me not spending that chunk of time with it and have issues being tamed.
