Should Lifetime Fitness have the right to disable my cell phone?

My cell phone was locked because of the security program and I could not use it at all in the locker room of the lifetime fitness center int Troy, Michigan. It was just a black screen and I could not even turn the phone on or off. When I brought the phone out an hour later. My battery was completely drained. I was angry that I could not make a call in the locker room and I want to sue lifetime for violating my right to use my cell phone. What, if any, violations of the US Constitution occurred here? I feel like this was a violation of my right to privacy, which isn't explicitly stated but is still an infraction of the law. Anyone with law or government background would be helpful here. Thanks
