Should Parents have a say if they don't want their children to learn about evolution?

I mean parents have a say if they don't want their children to learn about Christianity

I mean to some being religious is like being a second class citizen
So you don't think parents have a right to say what his child can or can not learn? You would let the government make that kind of decision instead of the parent?

When you have people in control who actively legislate against Christianity, and the same people are in our schools, they don't care what the parents say... after all, according to them the government should have the final say in all matters.

Yes. In fact, it's time to take the teaching of evolution out of our public schools and make creationism the standard part of their curriculum. This is what God and our Founding Fathers would have wanted. The secular folks can send their kids to private schools.

Its a theory that has not been proven. If it is taught in schools, both sides of the argument should be taught. Intelligent design should also be taught so students have different view points.
