Side to side shaking in steering of 1992 Jeep Cherokee, please help!?

When I get up to around 45 mile an hour i have a pretty bad side to side shaking in the steering. I can't seem to figure it out. does anyone have any clues as to what could be causing this? appreciate it!
New tires, just balanced and rotated.....but thanks!

you probably have a bad tire. you need to have it checked out before it blows and tears up the fender.

I bet your sway bar has come loose or broken off. There is one on each side in the front.
