Im 13, and my parent's 28th anniversary was last saturday.
Me and my dad have been out of town so they haven't really been able to celebrate.
I want to make dinner for them because my dad is a chef and i just want to do something nice for them.
Im a vegetarian so i obviously dont want to make a dish with meat in it.
But im not like a 13 year old who only knows how to make toast and eggs.
Since my dad is a chef i can cook many things. I know words like saute, and i understand how to cook extremely well for a teenager.
I was just wondering if you know any elegant vegetarian dishes that may take awhile to cook-but that i could cook for my parents???
Thanks so much.
(please no things like "mac and cheese" or stuff like that. i can cook REAL food!!!)
