sims 3 ambitions for itouch, i cant import my sim!?

i have the sims ambitions and i also have the sims world adventures for itouch, but when i want to import my sim on to world adventures it says" the sim requires some downloadble content that is not currently installed, check the "my stuff" section of the sims store to ensure you have the required content" what does that mean? i already have the snapshot but i dont know what that message means?
